Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the BW Hotel IAH shuttle reservation service. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accurate information

The complimentary shuttle is intended for registered hotel guests and other guests authorized by BW Hotel IAH. You agree to provide accurate reservation, contact, passenger, baggage, airline, and terminal information.

Reservations and pickup

Guest reservations must be made at least 60 minutes before pickup. All times are shown in Houston local time. Guests should be at the stated pickup location 15 minutes early. The driver waits a maximum of 5 minutes.

Changes and cancellations

Online changes and cancellations are unavailable. Contact the front desk promptly if your plans change. A new request does not cancel an earlier reservation.

Service availability

Shuttle service is subject to vehicle capacity, traffic, weather, airport conditions, safety requirements, and operational availability. Pickup and travel times are estimates and may change. Guests remain responsible for allowing enough time for airline check-in, security, and scheduled departures.

Guest conduct and acceptable use

Do not misuse the reservation service, submit false or duplicate reservations, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. The hotel may refuse or cancel requests that appear fraudulent, unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with hotel operations.

Separate SMS Terms

If you choose optional text messages, that service is governed by the separate SMS Terms presented with the SMS consent option.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy available from this reservation form.

These SMS Terms apply to optional text messages sent by Anar Hospitality for BW Hotel IAH shuttle reservations and related requested guest services.

Program description

Guests may choose to receive transactional messages such as reservation confirmations, pickup reminders, pickup location information, schedule or service updates, and cancellation notices. Messages are operational and are not intended as promotional marketing.

Opt-in

You opt in by providing your mobile number, checking the separate SMS consent box, and accepting these SMS Terms. Accessing the reservation page or scanning a QR code is not consent. SMS consent is not a condition of hotel accommodations or shuttle service.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your reservations and requested services. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You may receive one confirmation that messaging has stopped. Reply HELP for assistance or contact the BW Hotel IAH front desk.

Delivery and carriers

Delivery depends on participating wireless carriers and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Limited information may be provided to service providers when necessary to deliver a service you requested.
