These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Anar Hospitality in connection with BW Hotel IAH guest services, including the hotel shuttle reservation service.

Program Description

Guests may choose to receive transactional SMS messages regarding their hotel shuttle reservation and related requested services.

Messages may include:

Shuttle reservation confirmations
Pickup reminders
Pickup location information
Schedule or service updates
Cancellation notifications

Messages are intended primarily to provide operational information related to services requested by the guest and are not intended as promotional marketing messages.

Opt-In

Guests may opt in by providing their mobile phone number through the BW Hotel IAH shuttle reservation webpage and affirmatively agreeing to receive SMS messages.

Guests accessing the reservation system through a QR code are directed to the reservation webpage, where SMS consent is presented during the booking process.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing hotel accommodations or other hotel services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the guest's reservations and requested services.

A typical shuttle reservation may generate a booking confirmation, pickup reminder, service update if necessary, and cancellation notification when applicable.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you will no longer receive SMS messages from the program.

Supported Carriers

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the availability and operation of participating wireless carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
